Finance Account Ssr

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. We are a global technology company

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Interpret and communicate finance policies to all levels of employees
- Accurate and timely recording of all supplier invoices, expenses and credit card costs.
- Ensure all costs are properly authorised by the relevant party prior to payment
- Responsibility for planning and execution of weekly multi-currency payments through cash, deposit, and bank transfers.
- Responsible for tracking employees cash advance. Ensure timely repayment and reimbursement.
- Responsible for bank and cash reconciliation
- Responsible for handling large volume of cash.
- Managing Argentina and Brazil bank accounts and other Latin American bank accounts; understand each bank requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, be able to review payment terms and payment method.
Experience and skills required:
- Experienced working in a purchase ledger department
- Experienced in managing bank accounts and familiar with domestic and international transfers.
- Part-qualified or working towards an accounting qualification
- Someone that has a pro active approach and shows initiative in all situations.
- A team player who has the ability to support and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiar with Adobe Acrobat
- Strong excel skills
- Advanced english (Required)
- Graduate degree in Business Administration or related fields (required)

This role must be able to work 5 days on-site in our offices in Olivos, Buenos Aires.
