Do you have a passion for marketing and content creation? Aveela Sleep, an Amazon Store and e-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee marketing campaigns to grow revenue through a new omnichannel strategy. Reporting to the President.

Position: Marketing Associate
Location: Remote

Fixed Salary: $500/month USD
Bonus: $100 - $400 USD
Total Compensation: $600-$900/month USD

Responsibilities:

Create and implement listing optimization for products sold on Amazon US
Increase external traffic creating videos for TikTok, identifying and interfacing with micro influencers and affiliate partners
Manage and drive overall digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media channels
Lead project life cycle through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch of new products
Analyze and report monthly digital performance metrics

Qualifications:

Video editing and Photoshop experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
A track record of driving online sales
Content Management and web analytics experience
Excellent communication in English (oral and written) and collaboration abilities
Two or more years of experience analyzing and reporting web traffic and eCommerce sales metrics
Comfortable with ambiguity, welcomes innovative ideas, and champions a "test & learn" and "fail fast" mindset

Additional Information:

The bonus is based on increasing sales while maintaining current levels of profitability
Time Zone: Central Time (CT) or Eastern Time (EST)
