Responsibilities encompass devising a content strategy that captivates our target demographic, crafting and overseeing the production of persuasive videos, whitepapers, and other materials to establish industry thought leadership, and executing our email marketing initiatives.

The role also entails curating website content, managing our HubSpot CRM system, and utilizing tools like Canva and Airtable to optimize content production and fortify brand recognition.

Principal Duties:
- Forge and execute a content strategy that mirrors our organizational objectives and audience preferences.
- Direct our social media efforts to enhance follower count and engagement levels.
- Collaborate with our widespread team to generate content ideas and boost our industry prominence.
- Oversee the creation of superior video content.
- Implement email marketing strategies to cultivate leads, employing HubSpot?s features like Sequences/Workflows fully.
- Refresh and curate content on our corporate website via WordPress.
- Supervise the CRM system to streamline lead handling and client interaction.
- Evaluate the impact of content and campaigns, adjusting tactics based on analytical insights and feedback.
- Keep informed on sectoral trends and breakthroughs to maintain content?s pertinence and authority.
- Work collaboratively, valuing adaptability and constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable expertise in content production, social media oversight, and email marketing, preferably within B2B or B2G sectors. Background in engineering, environmental, or infrastructure consulting is beneficial.
- Acquaintance with, or readiness to learn, WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, and Airtable.
- Advanced video production capabilities.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills for creating and editing technical content.
