As a Technical Consultant (Remote Access Solutions), youll work with diverse technologies, explore various infrastructures, and test cutting-edge access solutions. Heres what youll work on:
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise IT teams, providing expert consultancy during the deployment, rollout, and re-establishment of secure remote access environments leveraging Thinfinity Workspace.
Lead hands-on configuration and optimization efforts across networking, virtualization, and identity componentsincluding remote protocols, VLANs, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and private cloud environments, along with firewalls, SSO/MFA integrations, and identity federation systems.
Guide customers through the implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, ensuring alignment with security policies, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
Act as an escalation point for high-level technical issues, working with product engineering to troubleshoot advanced cases and contribute feedback for future product enhancements.
Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues during and after deployment, ensuring secure and stable remote access to applications, desktops, and critical internal systems.
Deliver professional, high-impact support through ticketing platforms, email, and live technical sessionsensuring every engagement builds confidence and long-term trust
Maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials to support scalability, repeatability, and self-sufficiency within customer teams.
About you:

Youre a strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts and ensure smooth operations.
What makes you a great fit:
6+ years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Technical Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, or similar role, with a focus on infrastructure management and product deployment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong ability to handle end-to-end infrastructure management, from network setup to application support and troubleshooting.
Expertise in Windows operating systems and Windows Server management, including experience in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting server environments.
Hands-on experience with remote access protocols, such as RDP and VPN.
Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like Azure for virtual machine management and network configuration.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Proficiency with CRM/Jira or similar task management tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms Like Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, IONOS and experience in configuring cloud-based infrastructures is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs is a plus
