Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Talent Reporting Specialist Associate to join a fast-growing global organization and support their international Talent Operations team. If youre passionate about HR data, reporting, and process improvement this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic, multinational environment.
What Youll Do
Generate and analyze reports with key talent metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support workforce analytics by identifying trends and translating data into actionable insights.
Create process maps and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Assist in tracking the progress of programs and projects using structured measurement tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in different countries to support global reporting needs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to system and tool enhancements.
What Were Looking For
13 years of experience in HR reporting, HR operations, or a similar analytical role, living in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or data visualization tools.
Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with global teams and communicate fluently in English (C1).
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
