Resumen del Puesto:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multiple Accounts Supervisor to join our on-site team at Solvo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple client accounts, ensuring service excellence and achievement of established objectives. This role requires a strong on-site presence, fostering collaboration and providing direct support to the team.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Account Management:Supervise and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to service agreements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Monitor account performance and generate regular progress and results reports.
Team Leadership:Supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support.
Train and develop staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage team schedules, and the fulfillment of the goals of each team member.
Process Improvement:Identify and propose improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure that the team members, comply with the company established processes.
Communication and Coordination:Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing (in English and Spanish).
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Manage the SLA compliance of each account.
On-Site Presence:Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support the team and facilitate communication.
Participate in on-site meetings and training sessions.
Perform Team Building activities.
Requisitos:
Proven experience in account management and team leadership.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both in English and Spanish).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of customer management tools (CRM) and Microsoft Office.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced level of english.
Availability to work on-site at Solvos offices.
