JOB DUCK IS HIRING A CLIENT HAPPINESS COORDINATOR


Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.


As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. You will serve as a liaison between clients and the company, actively building and maintaining strong client relationships while engaging in collaborative efforts with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.


The starting salary is USD 1,030 USD


Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Cultivating and nurturing client relationships to build lasting rapport.

- Engaging in client communication through email, telephone, and Zoom.

- Conducting monthly check-ins to gauge and enhance client happiness.

- Participating in feedback calls with clients.

- Recognizing opportunities for clients to integrate additional company services and staff, in alignment with the fast track model.

- Actively encouraging client referrals during feedback sessions.

- Generating tickets for client issues and requests, ensuring prompt resolution.

- Maintaining up-to-date databases with comprehensive communication notes.

- Diligently updating reports and ensuring meticulous attention to reporting deadlines.

Providing support to clients by addressing billing and financial inquiries.

- Initiating requests for new client deals to facilitate business growth.



Skills and Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or any related role.

- Familiarity with MS Office, and Zoom.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

- Good telephone communication etiquette and a high level of professionalism.

- Although sales experience is preferred, it is not required.

- Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
