- Open and manage live Zoom sessions for training.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Ensure smooth transition of sessions (recording, ending sessions, etc.).

Content Upload & Platform Maintenance
- Update Kajabi platform with new training videos, materials, and content.
- Ensure content is organized for easy student access.
- Conduct regular checks for content accuracy and completeness.

Live Session Recording & Transfer
- Download recordings of live Zoom sessions immediately after completion
- Upload and organize recordings on Kajabi.
- Ensure consistent naming and categorization for easy access.

Document, Updating Labeling & Storage Management
- Update Training Materials
- Label and categorize all digital files consistently
- Maintain an organized and structured digital content library.
- Regularly review and improve content storage practices.

Platform Optimization & Maintenance
- Regularly review and optimize Kajabi platform layout.
- Address any platform issues and liaise with technical support as needed.
- Maintain a seamless user experience on the platform.

Customer Service
- Troubleshoot student's platform access issues
- Reply to emails to provide customer support to students
