Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Pricing Strategy and Market Promotions to head our expert team in the Pricing Excellence Hub. This role involves leveraging your analytical prowess and leadership skills to boost profit margins across our diverse brand spectrum. You will act as a crucial link with top management, working alongside Brand leadership to orchestrate and implement pricing and promotional strategies, delivering impactful analytics and insights to steer pricing policies.

Core Duties:
- Strategic Pricing and Promotion:
* Craft and execute a unified pricing and marketing promotion strategy, tailored to the unique vision of each brand.
* Coordinate with brand divisions to establish and harmonize pricing tactics and guidelines.
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pricing and marketing promotions during the annual strategic planning phase, in partnership with Brand Directors, Leadership Teams, and key financial executives.
- Innovation in Automation:
* Spearhead the creation and execution of an extensive Pricing and Marketing Promotions automation plan, in line with corporate program goals.
* Work with interdisciplinary teams to spot automation opportunities and rank them according to business value and practicality.
* Deploy scalable enhancements that boost the efficiency and impact of pricing and promotional activities, aligned with long-term goals.
- Promotion and Pricing Projects:
* Collaborate with the Pricing Division and Brand Leaders to formulate and implement comprehensive project agendas in line with strategic direction.
* Establish clear margin improvement objectives for each project.
* Ensure project alignment and execution across various teams, monitoring performance and making adjustments to meet set targets.
