You'll be part of Capy Ventures LLC, a dynamic family office managing a range of enterprises in ecommerce, real estate, and sales agency sectors across the United States. Your role will primarily revolve around ecommerce, with 80% of your time dedicated to this domain. As a member of our team, you'll report to the Ecommerce Director, contributing to the growth and success of our online ventures.


Responsibilities:


Conduct month-end closing activities, including reconciling general ledger accounts, and posting accruals

Manage inventory reconciliation for e-commerce platforms;

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable


Create and manage data analytics reports for ecommerce

Cash flow management and payroll

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in accrual accounting and inventory reconciliation for e-commerce;

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Manager in Finance, Accounting, or Administration;

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

Intermediate spoken and advanced written English skills;
