We are a remote-first, tech-savvy law firm that?s fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply client-focused. Our mission is simple: help extraordinary talent get where they need to be ? fast, efficiently, and with clarity.

Working Hours
- Full-Time | Remote
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time / PST)
- Must be consistently available and communicative during these hours


Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines
- Draft and proofread internal and client-facing emails
- Organize and manage client case files and documentation
- Prepare invoices and retainer agreements for clients using Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Track case progress and follow up on required documents
- Respond to internal and external requests quickly and professionally
- Support with PDF handling and file formatting via Adobe Acrobat


Tools You'll Use
- Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Chat
- Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
- Adobe Acrobat
- Internal case management tools (training provided)


Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- High attention to grammar, spelling, tone, and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
- Tech-comfortable with cloud-based tools and remote collaboration
- A quiet, professional home office setup with a reliable internet connection
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Experience in immigration, legal, or entertainment fields is a plus ? but not required


Compensation & Benefits
- $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 USD/month (paid monthly via international transfer)
- Quarterly performance bonus: Up to 10% of salary, based on key metrics
