A modeler, as its very name says, is the one who models the buildings in Revit or similar softwares. Depending on their seniority or expertise, they can model one or more disciplines. Modelers at ENG must also understand and review discipline specifications, project manuals, and submittals (Quality Analysis), and be able to read the design information provided by our clients to create accurate and constructible BIM models.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Engineering degree (Civil-Mechanical desirable)
* +5 years of experience in BIM MEP projects.
* +5 years of experience in similar positions.
* Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks.
* Upper intermediate/advanced level of conversational English.
Experience in US-based projects (desirable).
