Job Description: We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing moving trips across Canada.

Pay Rate: $1400 USD per Month

Main Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule long-distance moves, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient execution of operations and on-time service delivery.
- Coordinate with Relocation Coordinators, who serve as the direct liaison
with customers.
- Manage multiple simultaneous moves and optimize the use of shared trucks
to maximize efficiency.
- Report truck availability to the sales department to optimize current and
future trip loads.
- Monitor logistics performance and prepare tracking reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes to reduce costs and
increase efficiency.

Requirements:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the moving or
long-distance transportation sector.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to unexpected
changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and
Spanish (mandatory to facilitate training).
- Proficiency in technological tools and logistics management platforms.
- Analytical skills to optimize routes and resources.
