Junior Accountant Full time

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a background in finance or accounting, who is eager to gain practical experience and contribute to the financial operations of our company.

Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Bookkeeping: Support the bookkeeping process by recording financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation.

Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, assisting in budget-to-actual analyses and monthly management reports.

Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into the accounting system and maintain organized records.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the finance team and other departments to support overall financial goals.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

Software Skills: Strong experience with Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and trends.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
