As we continue our nationwide expansion, we?re looking for a results-driven Hiring Manager to lead our company?s recruitment efforts and build high-performing teams across Canada.

Position Overview:
The Hiring Manager will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting top talent for Burly Boyz Moving and Storage. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including Salespeople, Customer Service Representatives, Commercial Drivers, and Movers. Your ability to identify strong candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process will be essential to our company?s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet workforce demands across multiple locations.
- Post job advertisements on multiple platforms and proactively source candidates.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications based on company needs.
- Ensure all hires align with Burly Boyz? core values and long-term business objectives.
- Coordinate with department managers and department leads to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain applicant tracking and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of best hiring practices, interview techniques, and recruitment marketing.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Stable internet connection and home office setup for efficiency.

Compensation & Work Environment:
- Competitive $2,000 USD/month salary (paid via wire transfer).
- Fully remote position, reporting directly to the Company President.
