Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your primary objective will be to resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing inquiries.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the companys CRM system.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and [insert second language].
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
