About Us:
Burly Boyz Moving is a well-established Canadian moving company with a strong reputation for professionalism and reliability. We are growing our remote team and are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Associate based in Argentina to support our accounting department. Our company, although Canadian, has a remote workforce based in Argentina.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an Accounting Associate with at least 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles. The successful candidate will work remotely, supporting our finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting the senior accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
-Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
-Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents
-Assist with payroll verification and timesheet accuracy
-Prepare and issue customer invoices and assist with collections follow-ups
-Support monthly financial reporting and year-end processes
-Communicate with the internal team regarding financial matters

Requirements:
-Bachelor?s or Associate degree in Accounting (or related field) required
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Must have a reliable home office setup, including a computer, webcam, and high-speed internet
-Ability to work during MST (Mountain Standard Time) business hours
