We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive our business growth and expand our market reach.
This role is perfect for proactive individuals who excel at building strong customer relationships and are eager to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
##Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop customized proposals to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to the successful closing of deals.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Document all sales activities and client communications in our CRM system.
- Provide outstanding post-sale support, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
##Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
- A Bachelor?s degree or advanced studies in Marketing, Sales, IT, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Legal eligibility to work in Argentina, with availability to work on-site in Buenos Aires.
##Work Schedule
Full-Time position, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Argentinian Time, at our offices in Buenos Aires.
