Role overview
As our E-commerce Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting high-converting video ads across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. You will transform raw UGC and product footage into compelling narratives using proven marketing frameworks such as
"Problem-Agitate-Solution" to drive immediate action. Your role involves rapid iteration, creating multiple hook variations for A/B testing, and optimizing content based on real-time performance metrics to ensure our campaigns scale effectively.

Direct-Response Expertise: Proven experience editing high-converting
e-commerce ads and UGC-style content.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and
mobile-first tools like CapCut.
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of social-native formats (9:16) for TikTok,
Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Speed & Efficiency: Ability to deliver high-quality first cuts and rapid revisions within
24-hour windows.
Design Basics: Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator for creating custom assets
and overlays.
Hook-Focused Mindset: Mastery of creating "scroll-stopping" first 1.5 seconds to
capture immediate attention.
Nice to Haves
