This is a 100% remote position exclusively for candidates based in Argentina. You will work directly with our US leadership team, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
Manage daily A/P and A/R, invoicing, receipts, and journal entries using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
Perform accurate daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
2. Job Costing & WIP (Critical)
Maintain accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by job.
Post labor burden and overhead allocations correctly.
Prepare Work-in-Progress (WIP) and margin reports broken down by job, crew, and technician.
3. Month-End Close & Reporting
Handle the full month-end close process, including trial balance review, accruals, and deferrals.
Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
4. Financial Analysis & Excel Reporting
Create and maintain KPI dashboards (Close rate, average ticket, labor/material %, AR aging, DSO).
Conduct Budget vs. Actuals and Gross Margin analysis.
Utilize Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, lookups) to clean data and automate recurring reports.
5. Systems & Data Hygiene
Maintain a clean Chart of Accounts, item catalogs, and class/location tracking.
Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Export/import operational data (e.g., from ServiceTitan) and map it to QuickBooks for precise job costing.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Location: You must be currently residing in Argentina.
English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable conducting video calls and writing professional reports in English.
Experience: 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks (QBO or Desktop).
Excel Mastery: Strong skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic modeling. You must be comfortable manipulating "messy" data.
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience with Job Costing, preferably in the construction or home-service industries.
Tech Specs: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and the ability to maintain consistent overlap with US Eastern Time.
