Responsibilities
Responsible for successful delivery of complex customer IT Infrastructure projects from planning, design to implementation.
Manages the projects from start to completion including the resolution of project risks and issues.
Provides leadership and management of the various project managers and teams within the program.
Budget Management, Escalation Management, Resource Management
Stakeholder coordination by having weekly and Fortnight calls to track the budget, Migration timelines and Progress
Ensures project goals and performance metrics are achieved.
Ensures that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are accepted by the customer.
Responsible for regular customer and internal program status and project financial reporting. Financial Management and Benefits Delivery practices
Responsible for organizing and leading the various project teams and project governance team meetings.
Achieve excellence on defined internal success parameters such as schedule, cost, and process adherence, quality of deliverables, minimum rework, planned effort and higher customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Experience
·Strong Project and Programme Management Skills
A capable knowledge of Financial Management and Benefits Delivery practices.
Experience in working on Projects based on Networking like migration or transition.
Experience in Budget Management, Escalation Management, Resource Management
Strong communication, relationship and consulting skills
Knowledge and experience with suppliers and supplier solutions
Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to environment
Experience with Project Management and Delivery methodologies and Standard.
Extensive background in Infrastructure Project/Program Management.
Proficient/certified in Project Management Tools and Processes, such as PMI and/or Prince 2.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven experience in stakeholder management & conflict resolution.
Proven people and customer management skills.
