We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our software companys customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will onboard new clients, provide exceptional support, and foster strong relationships. Your focus on customer satisfaction and product adoption will drive growth and success for both our customers and the company.


Your key responsibilities:


-Educate customers on customer-facing processes, including ticket submission, license requests, and identifying the appropriate contacts for technical support and sales inquiries.
-Provide timely assistance to customer questions and concerns related to account, licensing, tech support, and sales inquiries, working closely with other teams to resolve issues effectively.
-Work in conjunction with account managers and the tech support team to help customers fully understand and utilize our products or services.
-Detect potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities during interactions with customers and relay this information to the Account Owner.
-Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
-Actively seek feedback from customers and utilize it to improve our products or services, fostering customer advocacy for our companys offerings.
-Accurately gather and record customer data in our CRM system, including billing and support contact details.
-Work closely with account managers, the sales team, and other customer success agents to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing insights and feedback to contribute to continuous learning and improvement.
-Follow up with customers for payments post-purchase or renewal, resolving any billing discrepancies and ensuring a smooth financial transaction.



About you

-Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to identify sales opportunities and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
-Proficiency with CRM systems.
-Advanced/native English is a must, as you will be using it daily to engage with native customers.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-You must be familiar or excited about startups with broad responsibilities, busy, dynamic environments, and very willing to learn new skills and technologies!
