We are a dynamic USA-based company located in Las Vegas, NV, seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Call Center Receptionist/Operator. This role offers the flexibility of remote work from the comfort of your home.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Quiet and conducive work environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- High-quality microphone
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) with the ability to install work-related apps

Key Skills:
- Sharp problem-solving abilities
- Competency in map reading and routing
- Exceptional customer service skills to assist customers with inquiries
- Proficiency in computer tasks, including data entry, spreadsheet operations, research, and online order placement
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Efficient email management and client updates

Position Details:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9am to 5pm Central Standard Time (CST)
- Paid training for the first 4 weeks, 8am to 4pm

Compensation:
- Starting salary: $400/month (paid biweekly)
- Increment of $100 every 3 months for 2 years
- Evaluation and interview after 2 years for a new compensation plan
- Salary paid on the the first Monday and third Monday of each month
- First salary disbursed upon completion of training




Responsibilities

- Handle client phone inquiries and process phone orders
- Input orders into our software system
- Manage inventory replenishment, including purchasing required items for each order
- Maintain regular client follow-ups, updates, and outstanding customer service
