3. Customer Visits & Business Support
Arrange and conduct customer visits, meetings, and business negotiations.
Support business trips, trade shows, and key customer meetings when required.
Keep customer visit records and follow up on action items.
4. Order Follow-up & After-sales Support
Assist with order tracking, coordination, and basic after-sales communication.
Prepare reports and internal documents related to customers and projects.
5. Reporting & Internal Communication
Submit weekly reports on work progress, customer updates, and market feedback.
Attend regular online meetings with headquarters to discuss business progress and plans.
