Customer service representative Remote (English)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join a small family-owned business that has been providing transportation services in Florida for over 25 years. As the company continues to grow, we are focused on improving customer service while maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable work environment for our employees.

This position offers a relaxed, low-stress work environment with a manageable call volume of approximately 5 to 10 calls per hour ? far from the pressure of a traditional call center. If you are looking for a role with a healthy work-life balance, this is a great opportunity.

Key Details:

Position: Remote, Full-Time
Schedule: 12:30 PM ? 10:00 PM (Eastern Time ? Miami, FL), with a 30-minute break
Days Off: 2 consecutive fixed days off (not on weekends)
Training: 80 hours of paid training (2 weeks)
Compensation: $650 USD per month, with a performance-based increase to $700 USD after 90 days

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally
Resolve customer inquiries and provide information about services
Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and payments
Handle customer complaints and disputes
Dispatch buses and communicate with drivers regarding updates, instructions, and assistance
Monitor vehicle movements through GPS tracking systems

Requirements:

English Proficiency: Advanced or Fluent (C1/C2) ? both spoken and written
Experience: 3+ years in customer service

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure
Experience with CRM software (preferred)
Proactive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn

Technical Requirements:

Stable internet connection
Quiet work environment
Computer and high-quality headset

Important:
Fluent English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position. We are looking for candidates who can communicate confidently and naturally in English, both verbally and in writing.

As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to submit a voice recording in English to assess their language skills. Candidates who do not meet the required English level will not be able to continue in the hiring process.
