We are looking for a HRBP Sr to join our team. We are a global technology company, specialized in entertainment.

Responsabilities:
Collaborate with the company's leadership: propose, collaborate and execute human resources strategies aligned with the general objectives of the company
Talent management: Identify talent needs, retain talent, develop succession plans. Reveal special skills. Collaborators with high potential, managing Young Professionals
Performance management: Provide support to employees and their supervisors.
Labor relations: Manage labor relations and collaborate in the resolution of conflicts and employee problems. Internal communication: work together with the rest of the HRBPs in communication
Organizational Culture: Promote a positive business culture and a healthy work environment. Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to human resources, such as restructuring or mergers and acquisitions. Decision-making support: Advise organizational leaders on strategic decisions related to personnel and human resources.

Qualifications

- 5+ years HR Soft generalist experience
- Graduate degree in Human Resourses or related fields (required)
- Must be able to interact effectively with employees and all levels of management
- Proficient computer skills ? Excel and general report writing
- Employment Law (Desiderable)
- Advanced english (Required)

This role must be able to work 5 days on-site in our offices in Olivos, Buenos Aires.
