About the Project:
We are an international fintech project, a Payment Service Provider (PSP) specializing in high-risk verticals and local payment solutions in Latin American countries. Our goal is to provide reliable and technological payment solutions for clients in iGaming, Betting, Crypto, and other segments, using local methods such as Mercado Pago, MODO, Payway, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, attracting, and onboarding new merchants (partners) from high-risk verticals (iGaming, betting, crypto, dating).
- Managing the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and negotiations to product presentation, commercial terms alignment, and contract signing.
- Active account management and partnership development post-onboarding: providing support, resolving operational and dispute issues, and working to increase transaction volumes.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Compliance, Tech, Risk) to ensure uninterrupted and secure processing of the merchant's payment flow.
- Analyzing partnership performance, maintaining and updating the contact database and commercial proposals in line with market changes.
Requirements (Hard Skills):
- 2+ years of experience in fintech, payment systems (PSP), affiliate marketing, or iGaming.
- Deep understanding of the Latin American payment ecosystem (Mercado Pago, MODO, Payway, Ualá, Naranja X, etc.).
- Skills in complex B2B negotiations, building commission structures, and KPI models.
- Ability to analyze transactional data, traffic, margin, and ROI per merchant.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1+). Russian is a significant plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of PSP/P2P structures, KYC/KYB fundamentals, and risk management.

Conditions:
- Compensation system: KPI-based ? a percentage of the attracted payment volume (Pay-In + Pay-Out). The possibility of an advance from the company is considered.
