Construction Project Coordinator
Role Overview
The Construction Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in bidding and qualification, as well as document management support. You will also be responsible for fluid information flow to and from subcontractors to keep jobsites moving and work accurately executed including identification and resolution of conformance issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project information in CM system
Prepare and issue bid packages, collect proposals, complete initial bid tabs, and route for approvals.
Utilize digital tools in daily workflow
Identify conformance issues and bring to close with subcontractors within CM software
Build and update 2?6 week look-ahead checklists
Communicate promptly with vendors regarding bid clarifications, submittals corrections, deliveries, and paperwork requirements.
Qualifications
3?5+ years in construction project coordination, project engineering, or procurement (residential/light commercial preferred).
Procore proficiency; strong Excel and document control skills.
Familiarity with drawings/specs, basic quantity checks, and BIM-enabled workflows.
Experience with bidding, PO creation, AP/AR handoffs, and contract documentation.
Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through
