Crew & Cruise is recruiting Retail Sales positions for the Duty Free Shops onboard cruises.

We recruit candidates from South America, Mexico and Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:

. At least 21 years old
. Fluent English. Interviews are in English.
. Previous experience in retail sales with tangible products, not services.

Vacancies:

SHOP MANAGERS/ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGERS
Lead the retail team, oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch guest service.

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES:
Help guests find the perfect products, provide exceptional service, and promote merchandise.
Maintain store presentation and assist with transactions.

BEAUTY SALE SPECIALISTS: (must have experience selling beauty products)


FINE JEWELRY SALES SPECIALISTS:
Offer expert advice on fine jewelry pieces, answer guest questions, and enhance sales.

PREMIUM WATCH SALES SPECIALISTS:
Share your knowledge about luxury watches, assist guests in selecting timepieces, and promote high-end brands.

LIQUOR SALES SPECIALISTS:
Provides expert product knowledge, exceptional service, and promotes sales through tastings and events.


If offered a position candidates must get/have:

- Valid Passport
- C1/D visa (reimbursed onboard)
- Police Clearacne Certificate with no criminal background.
- Medical Exam
- STCW Certificates: Certificationconfirming that a seafarer has met the international minimum standards for training, certification, and watchkeeping as set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO)'s STCW Convention, to ensure they possess the fundamental safety skills and knowledge needed to operate safely and respond to emergencies.
