What youll work on
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise IT teams, providing expert consultancy during the deployment, rollout, and re-establishment of secure remote access environments leveraging Thinfinity Workspace.
Lead hands-on configuration and optimization efforts across networking, virtualization, and identity components including remote protocols, VLANs, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and private cloud environments, along with firewalls, SSO/MFA integrations, and identity federation systems.
Guide customers through the implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, ensuring alignment with security policies, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address advanced technical questions during evaluations, escalating complex issues as needed and contributing insights that influence product roadmap and improvements.
Provide clear, professional, and confident technical communication whether through presentations, solution documentation, or real-time troubleshooting, ensuring each interaction supports trust and credibility.
Maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials to support scalability, repeatability, and self-sufficiency within customer teams.
About You
Youre deeply curious about how systems work and passionate about optimizing them. You excel at diagnosing technical challenges, designing robust solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation. Your strength lies in your ability to communicate clearly and guide stakeholders through complex decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
6+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar, with a strong focus on infrastructure, product deployment, and customer-facing technical support.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Deep understanding of Windows environments, including Windows Server setup, administration, and troubleshooting in enterprise settings.
Solid hands-on experience with remote access protocols (e.g., RDP, VPN) and designing secure remote connectivity solutions.
Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure) for configuring VMs, networks, and hybrid deployments.
Strong grasp of core networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Experience working with CRM systems, Jira, or similar task and pipeline management tools.
Familiarity with leading cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, IONOS) and experience in building or customizing cloud-based architectures is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs is a plus.
