Business analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive impactful business outcomes through collaboration, analysis, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate collaborative workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to define, scope, and document business requirements.
Analyze business and system workflows using systems thinking to identify interdependencies and optimize processes.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to support product development and delivery.
Stay informed about current technology trends and articulate their business value.
Utilize industry-standard modeling techniques and efficiency tools to improve processes and solutions.
Communicate ideas, recommendations, and solutions effectively across all organizational levels.
Mandatory Requirements -3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role within a technology environment.
-Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
-Advanced experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements.
-Advanced experience developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of:
Software engineering methodologies
Reporting tools
Business process modeling
Testing methodologies
-Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Knowledge of industry-standard modeling techniques and productivity tools.
Nice to Have
-Certifications such as:
PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
