Operations Project Manager - Real Estate Development - Remote

BuilderK and BuildShare, a real estate development and construction platform
in the United States that combines artificial intelligence and capital
formation, is looking for an Operations Project Manager to run multiple
projects, keep the company strategic vision and plan on track, and evaluate
the business and financial side of every deal. We work with a project
management model that is 95 percent AI assisted: the agents generate
schedules and reports, and you validate, analyze, decide and drive the work
forward.
Main responsibilities
Coordinate several projects at once across construction and development,
managing scope, schedule and budget.
Align vendors, subcontractors and internal teams, and run project closeouts
including documentation, punch list and client handoff.
Track performance against milestones using AI generated dashboards and
reports, and meet weekly targets.
Maintain the company strategic vision and operating plan, turning it into
clear project priorities and execution.
Evaluate each deal on the business and financial side: models, pro formas,
profitability and performance.
Operate the AI assisted project management stack and keep clear
communication with the team in the United States, with daily overlap on
Eastern Time.
Requirements
Solid experience in project management or operations; real estate or
construction is a plus.
Business and financial acumen; an MBA or equivalent background is a plus.
Strong written English, required, with availability to overlap with United
States Eastern Time.
Comfortable in an AI native environment with prompt based workflows.
High organization, analytical judgment and execution discipline.
