We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager?s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and self-driven, passionate about technology, and highly motivated to comprehend our clients and their needs.
Your day to day:
-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
-Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
-Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
-Prepare reports on account status
-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
-Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account --Manager or relevant sales role. Must be used to facing tough clients and high pressure. Customer care experience is very valuable for us!
-Advanced/native English is a must, as you will be using it daily to engage with native customers.
-Higher education in tech or marketing. This is not strictly exclusive, so long as you are enthusiastic about tech and eager to learn about highly technical products.
-Stellar communication and client-facing skills, and great problem-solving, proactive mindset.
-Experience using RDP and remote access solutions will be appreciated
-You must be familiar or excited about startups with broad responsibilities, busy, dynamic environments, and very willing to learn new skills and technologies!
