GERMAN-SPEAKING RECRUITER (FULL REMOTE)
Were looking for a passionate and driven GERMAN-SPEAKING RECRUITER based in Argentina to join our growing global Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, youll own the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Youll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify top talent while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process.

What Youll Do
Screen applications and identify high-potential candidates for further assessment.
Conduct first-round interviews to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and overall potential.
Administer and evaluate written assessments according to hiring standards.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Keep applicants informed with timely updates, including providing professional closure to unsuccessful candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and candidate tracking within internal systems.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment projects.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
Support our Apprenticeship Programs and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
Contribute to broader HR projects and recruitment activities when needed.
What Were Looking For
Native or near-native proficiency in (MUST) German and English.
Min. 1 year of prior experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in similar industries or scope of work would be highly advantageous.
Solid sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, accountable, and collaborative team player.
Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for hiring top talent.
