B2B LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (English) Remote, English fluent, B2B sales experience

ScopeHR is a Canadian staffing and workforce technology company serving warehouse, logistics, trucking, and industrial employers.

We are hiring a Remote B2B LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to research decision-makers, start professional conversations, follow up with prospects, and book qualified sales meetings for our founder.

This is a manual outreach and business-development role. No bots, automation, mass messaging, or fake profiles.

Main responsibilities:
- Research Canadian warehouse, logistics, HR, operations, and business leaders on LinkedIn
- Identify relevant companies and decision-makers
- Draft thoughtful, personalized English connection requests and follow-up messages
- Manage LinkedIn conversations and qualify replies
- Maintain accurate prospect records, notes, and next actions in our CRM
- Book qualified meetings on the founder?s calendar
- Draft 2 LinkedIn content posts per week for approval
- Prepare a daily activity report and weekly pipeline report

Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English; near-native level required
- Professional, confident communication on video calls
- Previous B2B lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment, staffing, sales development, or LinkedIn outreach experience
- Strong research, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly for research and first drafts
- Reliable computer, webcam, and internet
- Able to work 8am to 5pm Eastern Time in Canada
