About the Role
We?re looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator who combines expert graphic design with hands on WordPress skills and strong business judgment. You?ll own on site visuals, ship landing pages and micro campaigns quickly, and communicate in exceptional, native quality English. This role is fast paced, outcome oriented, and includes weekly goals with feedback.
Key Outcomes: First 90 Days
1 - Ship high quality on site graphics, animated GIF or video snippets supporting the building of 1?2 Wordpress - using Elementor - landing pages per week.
2 - Raise core metrics - CTR, LP conversion, time to publish - against weekly objectives.
3 - Demonstrate CFO appropriate copy, structure, and prioritization in all shipped work.
What You?ll Do
1- Design and produce web graphics/illustrations for our site and campaigns such as hero images, diagrams, ad creatives, social tiles.
2 - Build, iterate, and maintain WordPress pages using Elementor, with clean hierarchy, responsiveness, and basic performance hygiene.
3 - Write/edit English copy for pages, CTAs, and SEO elements such as titles, meta, and headers without reliance on AI tools.
4 - Write copy for blogs and posts.
5 - Run small experiments - A/B tests - measure results, and report concise insights weekly.
6 - Collaborate async; plan, prioritize, and ship fast with minimal oversight.
7 - Support sales and marketing staff in building campaigns to run their business.
Must Have Requirements
Design Skills - Expert level
1 - Portfolio showing web ready graphics and strong visual hierarchy/typography.
2 - Ability to produce the graphics our site needs - from concept to asset delivery.
3 - Portfolio link is required and must be publicly viewable.
Web & Digital Marketing ? WordPress with Elementor
1 - Provide links to sites/pages you built - school or professional work acceptable.
2 - Comfortable with responsive layout, basic CSS tweaks, and on page SEO.
3 - You will be tested in a timed Elementor build.
Exceptional English Communication
1 - you will be required to provide a certification of your expert (native level) English language skills.
2 - Capable of SEO/content writing. Quality must be natively strong.
Driven to Learn

2 - Expect weekly assessment against clear, numeric objectives - pages shipped, assets approved, campaign milestones.

1 - GA4/Search Console/Google Ad Manager basics; experience in digital marketing, SEO, landing page design and landing page testing tools.
2 - Email marketing operations; light video editing.
3 - Figma/Adobe proficiency for componentized, reusable design.
4 - Understanding of AI and its use in limitations in marketing.
5 - Basic HTML/CSS/JS; experience in B2B software or finance adjacent audiences.
