Cold Caller

TITLE:
Outbound Cold Caller (Fluent English) ? Remote ? USD 7-8/hour

DESCRIPTION:
A commercial cleaning company is hiring a full-time outbound cold
caller to book appointments with decision-makers (office managers
and facility managers).

100% remote. We provide the lead lists, the dialer, the CRM, and a
proven script. You bring the energy and the ability to hold a real
conversation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses (list provided)
- Get past the gatekeeper and reach the decision-maker
- Pitch our cleaning service and book qualified appointments
- Log every call in the CRM (training provided)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent, clear spoken English (required)
- Previous experience in cold calling / phone sales
- Able to handle objections without freezing
- Reliable internet and full-time availability

WHAT WE OFFER:
- USD 7-8 per hour + bonus per booked appointment
- Semi Full-time, stable, long-term role (Mond-Thursday)
